▶ 0% of the total room tariff if cancelled before 30 days or more prior to arrival.
▶ 25% of the total room tariff if cancelled 15 days to 29 days prior to arrival.
▶ 50% of the total room tariff if cancelled 2 days to 14 days prior to arrival.
▶ 100% of the total room tariff if cancelled within 48 hours (2 days) prior to check-in
date.
▶ Cancellations of Credit card and online payments will be charged 5% extra.

▶ 25% of the total room tariff if cancelled 30 days or more in advance.

REFUND.
▶ Refunds shall be made only through a mode such as cash/ cheque/ bank transfer for bookings made by cash/ cheque/ bank transfer respectively.
▶ Online refunds for bookings made through the website usually take 7-10 working days from the date of intimation of transfer details.
▶ Credit/ debit card refunds will only be made against credit/ debit card bookings and usually take 15 working days.
▶ No reduction from the Package price can be claimed in case any meals/ activities are not availed, or should any activities become unavailable on the day.
Rooms booked can’t be downgraded; however, upgrades are possible subject to availability and against payment of the difference in tariffs.
